Fat Dom & Blxst Channel Late 90s Energy on "ANSWER THE PHONE"

If you haven't noticed, there's a new wave of artists coming in, ushering in the next era of music. Two artists at the forefront are Fat Dom and Blxst. If you're from LA or tapped into the underground, you already know both of them have been at it for a minute, putting on for the West Coast with dope sounds and plenty of G.

Today they come through with a new single and video, "ANSWER THE PHONE". Sampling R. Kelly's classic, "When a Woman's Fed", the smooth, yet hard-hitting record gives you a first hand look at the new West Coast sound. It's complementary visual, directed by @ButterUVS and @CreatedbyBlu, finds the two going through it with their boos, telling them to answer their phone because even though they have their problems, they're still all the way down.

Aside from a super sick storyline, "ANSWER THE PHONE's videography is on point, employing the use of neon lights and the fisheye effect that Hype Williams made popular in 90s music videos. So, check it out and learn more about Fat Dom in his first Hype Off Life interview HERE.
