 Representing Washington, D.C. artist Xavier Ingram intends to ring bells. When I first hit play I was hit with soulful drums over an melodic sample chop. Vocally Xavier reminds me of a twist between Jay-Z and Kendrick Lamar during his Section .80 era.' Overall, I'm left feeling like I just witnessed a modern day boom bap style so authentic even J Dilla would be proud.
