How Renowned Sports Agent Sal Jobe Built A Name For Himself And His Brand

Sal Jobe is a name you should know. Born and raised in East London, Jobe has established himself in the entertainment world and has became successful in many ways. He's not only a professional sports agent with some serious talent on his roster, but he's also an actor, and author as well.

"I would describe myself as a driven individual, who would help any human being that wants to help themselves," Sal Jobe said. "I’m a serious, professional and forever adapting to the obstacles that life throws at us."

His journey first started out while he was working with some of the biggest PR agencies in the UK. While doing so, he was able to build his network and talent base, which ultimately lead to him starting his own agency. After more than 10 years in the industry he took it upon himself to start his own, called Next Level Collective. The rest is history as he developed a roster where he currently manages and represents football players, boxers, and other elite level athletes.

The reason why he's able to succeed to his professional success, Jobe attributes to playing football in school.

"I played football all the way through school and competed in athletics championships too, but during my football career I didn’t have an agent," he explained. "I had all the ability and mental capabilities but something was missing, later on I realized that I needed an agent, someone who could pull strings and get me in front of the bigger clubs, so I decided to be that person for other athletes."

Sal Jobe is definitely a name to remember, as he has much more in store for the future.

"In the future, I’ll be looking to set up community organizations and meetings to help people network and to help people elevate with each other," he said. "I will also be releasing my second book this year based on inspiration, this book will feature amazing people like Keith Chapman, the creator of Bob the Builder and Paw Patrol, also features footballers musicians, fashions designers and multi-millionaire entrepreneurs that give us tips on how to get to the top in personal interviews that aren’t seen anywhere else."
