Nena’s Organics Is Healing the Community, One Plant-Based Product at a Time

Rooted in truth and guided by faith Malvena Walker’s Nena’s Organics gives back to the community the health and healing it needs

Some entrepreneurs build businesses. Others lead movements. Malvena Walker, affectionately known as Nena, the founder of Nena’s Organics has quietly become a pillar of wellness and community care — not by chasing fast and easy money, but by following a higher calling.

Launching her plant-based product line in her 50s, Nena’s journey was driven as much by ambition and curiosity, as it was fueled by a personal search for healing and desire to share what she discovered her community. What started as an attempt to manage eczema and support her husband’s diabetes evolved into a full-fledged brand — one built on faith, research, and purpose.

I didn’t think I’d be the one to do anything great in life,” she admits. “But then the products started working. People were coming back with results — real ones. And that changed everything.”

From Contracts to Community Care

Before she was making healing balms and detox tinctures, Nena worked in the entertainment industry as a Contract Administrator. Her job? Negotiating the “below-the-line” deals for film productions — the makeup artists, set designers, sound techs, and crew members who put movie magic into motion.

But after walking through personal health battles, financial challenges, and spiritual revelation, Nena felt pulled toward something deeper. Something more essential.

I wanted to create something natural — no side effects, no harsh chemicals. Just plants. Flowers. What God already gave us.

That instinct led her to develop Ex-Balm, a bestseller formulated to relieve eczema symptoms. What started as a homemade remedy quickly became a community favorite. But it wasn’t until she heard God tell her, “Stop giving it away. Start charging for it,” that she boldly stepped her role as an entrepreneur.

Healing Through Plants, Powered by Purpose

Nena’s Organics has become a trusted name for those seeking clean, potent, and effective alternatives to mass-produced skincare and wellness products. Her formulations are free from preservatives, alcohol, petroleum, and water. And the results speak for themselves — long shelf life, undeniable results, and no toxic residue.

She’s crafted detox blends for lymphatic drainage, custom solutions for chronic inflammation, and even CBD-infused oils to help regulate blood sugar. Each product is created after extensive research and with intentionality behind every ingredient. But it’s her commitment to educating others that truly sets Nena apart.

Why not teach people how to make it too? I’ve done the research. Let’s pass it on.

Whether hosting workshops, teaching through nonprofits, or posting free tips online, Nena is always looking for ways to empower others, especially those who have been overlooked and underestimated.

Faith at the Foundation

Nena does more than run a thriving business — she walks in obedience. From product ideas to pricing, she turns to God for guidance.

There were times I didn’t have money to pay a bill,” she says. “And God would remind me, You lack nothing. Use what I gave you. That keeps me going.

Her faith isn’t just a theme — it’s the engine. It sustained her through the darkest moments of her life, including a diagnosis of stage four breast cancer. With the support of her oncologist, the teachings of Dr. Sebi, her community, and the power of prayer, she not only survived — she transformed.

Not Just Products. A Legacy.

At 69 years old, Nena is thinking beyond profit. She’s thinking about impact. She knows she won’t be here forever — and that’s exactly why she’s so committed to passing her knowledge on.

I was bullied growing up. Overlooked. Even now, there are people who copy my products or hate on what I do. But I don’t compete — I create. I share. Because healing isn’t just for me.”

Even when facing doubt or financial strain, Nena never loses sight of her mission. And just when she feels like throwing in the towel, she’s reminded of why its not an option.

A customer will reach out and say, I hope you never stop doing this. That’s when I know I’m still on the right path.”

What Gets Nena Hype Off Life?

Helping the underdog. Teaching people how to take care of themselves. Creating products that work. And showing that its never too late and you’re never too overlooked or uncertain to walk in purpose.

“Good health means living fully — functioning at 100%. And when the community is healthy, we all rise together.

In an increasingly deceptive and surface-level world, Nena’s Organics is rooted in truth — plant-based, faith-filled, and unapologetically real.
