Meet Nasty C: South Africa's Next Superstar

Hype International is back, spotlighting the best from around the globe. This time we're introducing you to one of Def Jam's newest signees, Nasty C. Hailing from South Africa, Nasty C is no stranger to the game. Aside from collabs with French Montana, Davido, Cassper Nyovest and more, Nasty C has won multiple awards, like Best Hip Hop Album at the 2017 Metro FM Music Awards, and has been recognized as South Africa's next international superstar.

Sparking his love for music when he was 9, after being inspired by his old brother who was a producer, Nasty C soon mastered the art before moving on to produce his own sound. Since then it's been sky's the limit for Nasty C, as he has earned the utmost respect in his country, in addition to growing his fanbase well into the millions.
