Curren$y Releases Sequel To Classic "The Drive In Theater" Album

New Orleans’ own Curren$y has proven time and time again that he’s one of the hardest working rappers out. With a year that has already seen a plethora of releases from him, he keeps on giving as he unleashed the new album, “The Drive In Theater Part 2”!​​​​​​​​

The follow up to his successful 2014 album, Curren$y comes through with a whopping 21 new tracks. This one is for the Lifers, as they have been asking for the follow up album since the release of the first. Curren$y still spits some of his best on here, showing listeners a man who has kept his word, and elevated himself up the ladder even when his back was against the wall. ​​​​​​​​

“The Drive In Theater 2” features guest appearances by Fendi P, Premo Rice, Jade Angelle, Rob49, BLÜ, and others. Trauma Tone, Flu, Kino Beats, Harry Fraud, and Deelow are just some of the producers who laced the new album with dope beats. Those who have doubted Curren$y’s longevity should be sending him apology notes along with stacks of money. It’s a Jetlife thing!​​​​​​​​
