Summer Soundtrack to L.A. Innovator Bino Rideaux's "SORRY 4 THA WAIT II"

When living in L.A., you’ll be hard pressed not to hear some Bino Rideaux while cruising around, at a kickback or in somebody’s playlist. Today the the South Central L.A. native and Nipsey Hussle protégé drops off a new project, “SORRY 4 THA WAIT II”.

The release is a solid follow up to his 2019 mixtape, “SORRY 4 THA WAIT” and features assists from Ty Dolla $ign, Roddy Ricch and the late great Drakeo The Ruler (R.I.P. 🕊).

As an essential voice for Los Angeles, Bino Rideaux has not-so-quietly shaped the next era of it with his one-two punch of laidback flows and hypnotic melodies that have hit on quarter-billion streams, and counting.

His seven year journey to the top crystalized during 2021, with a non-stop string of single and video releases that started in June with “Got To Know It,”. After first teaming up with fellow 21st century West Coast force of nature BLXST for the critically acclaimed "Sixtape" in 2019, the pair returned in 2021 with "Sixtape 2", which spun off another hit, “Pop Out”.

Bino then proceeded to follow the winning with a 6-week, 18 city “On My Soul” tour (with special guests BlueBuck$Clan and Coot Corleone), that found every date sold-out in advance and record time. The “On My Soul” tour kicked off in September with a two-night hometown stand at The Novo in downtown Los Angeles.  That same weekend, Bino dropped a new single plus video, “No Makeup" featuring King Combs

With the release of his upcoming project, “SORRY 4 THA WAIT II”, Bino Rideaux has clearly come a long way since his first indie project back in 2015, “Life Is Like A Movie, recorded out of a D.I.Y. studio in his grandmother’s house. Proving that everything worth it is worth the wait.
