Meet Young Go: Inglewood's Up Next
With a style unlike any other, upcoming recording artist Young Go looks to make his voice be heard worldwide. Born Tevita Vaka, the Inglewood, California resident has been making music from a young age, and looks to show the world that you don't have to fit in a certain box to make it. With a Tongan descent, Young Go not only had the Hip Hop/R&B influences coming up, but also Reggae, Classical Music, Gospel Music, and the sounds from his Polynesian background. With lyrics that reflect his upbringing and the day to day life in Los Angeles, California, Young Go's music will uplift and motivate you upon first listen.
While Young Go started putting out music in 2006 through the now defunct Myspace platform, it wasn't until 2015 when he debuted his first project, "The Retro EP". While he had a brief stall in his career, he returned better than ever, and with the support of his family. Now with a company that is family-owned, the Young Go brand looks to further build a buzz for the artist, and help build communities. Currently promoting a Documentary titled, "Devotion", Young Go is on a journey, and he's taking you along for the ride.
