Thelonious Gives Us The Vibes On "Silvertone Summers II"

Canadian rapper Thelonious has been crafting dope music for quite some time. Paying respect to the 90s Boom-Bap era, he gives us tracks that delve into storytelling, slick wordplay, and mixing in some Jazz and Soul sounds. Thelonious has a lot to offer to the world, including the recently released visual for "Silvertone Summers II".

Directed by William Nguyen, Thelonious continues to give us dope lyricism while keeping us captivated with the smooth delivery over a Lauryn Hill sampled beat. The visual is a clean and simple one here, just making way for Thelonious to bring his "Silvertone Summers II" to your screen. If this is your first time hearing him, then welcome as his cleverly placed lyrics will have you replaying this track. The video for "Silverstone Summers II" follows up the visual for the track, "Jazz N Stuff", which features Forest Gumption, KOTO?, and Jet Blck Renji, and has been doing well since its release.

Repping Rexdale, Thelonious was raised around a Jazz and Gospel music family, and looks to carve his own lane as an artist who taps into various sounds. He cites Tyler, The Creator, Smino, A Tribe Called Quest, J. Cole, and Kendrick Lamar as some of his influences. Thelonious is currently finalizing the follow up to his 2021 album, "Silvertone's Own". Rexdale is home to recording artist Nav, and now Thelonious will be the next one up to wave the flag, and bring along a lot more dope talent from there. Get familiar!
