Inglewood native Skeme drops 3 tracks on 'Second Notice' and as anticipated, all 3 tracks are really good. Skeme has always been one of my favorite rappers from Los Angeles County. He’s very underappreciated as a rapper in the industry and hopefully one day he can get more notoriety.
