ShadowMan Ninja Says His Time Is Now

Hip Hop and Martial Arts have had some special relationship over the years. With artists like the Wu-Tang Clan, Kendrick Lamar, Grandmaster Flash, and Afu-Ra being inspired by Kung Fu flicks and lifestyle, it's sometimes peculiar where artists get their inspiration from for their music. Enter St. Louis, Mo. recording artist ShadowMan Ninja, another artist whose inspiration comes from the East. Today, we check out his visual for the track, "ShadowMan Time".

Directed by BoomVisuals, you won't find ShadowMan Ninja rocking the yellow and black suit like Bruce Lee or dressed like a Kung Fu master. Instead, we see him in the neighborhood hanging with friends who have no problems showing off their ninja-like athleticism through a series of kicks and flips while ShadowMan throw lyrics let to right like shurikens. Bringing a unique style and sound to the 2020s Hip Hop scene, ShadowMan Ninja stands out like a Samurai in a sea of foot soldiers.
