Realname McCoy: "Somewhere in the Tropics"

Former member of popular D.C. rap duo Beyond Modern, Realname McCoy is venturing out as a solo artist and is already making waves online and off. Most notably with being recently named as one of Revolt TV's "Spotlight on Revolt" artists. While his previous release, "Limbo" has made it's rounds on Revolt TV too, this new joint "Somewhere in the Tropics" standouts out as a buzz-worthy single, with Knight Rider-like production, thanks to Sur Jazz and luxurious lyricism. While speaking on the track, Realname McCoy stated, "I was stuck living domestically in America since escaping the 1991 Mount Pinatubo volcano eruption in The Philippines. I started feeling the need to escape life in my everyday bubble, so I recently got myself a passport and have been taking full advantage ever since. The picture in the cover art for this song was taken while I was in Aruba earlier this year."
