Noah Marr Drops Debut Album 'Reassuring Noise'

 In a time where dropping trendy singles in lieu of solid projects with some form of cohesiveness has become the norm, Tennessee native Noah Marr looks to switch things up with his conceptual debut album, 'Reassuring Noise.' Although production is entirely handled by Eli Hethcox the project showcases both Noah and Eli's range by providing a wide mix of songs, each being different than the last.
