PREMIERE: Greggo Returns with "Corner Store" (Video)

To top off the New Year, Greggo comes through with the exclusive premiere of his musical allegory: "Corner Store". The single, which can be found on his upcoming EP, 'Roseland Dreams of 06' is based on the harsh realities minorities face while growing up in any improvised neighborhoods. Not just Greggo's, but anywhere in America.

Culturally, the corner store is one of the places you can find drugs, gangs and violence. "Corner Store" tells a story of a young man growing up in an environment that he slowly becomes apart of. It points out raw-truths that kids must endure growing up in ghettos.

However, the story concludes with him being thankful for the corner store because of the trials and tribulations he's learned from as well as his ambitions to be a model of positive decisions. Horns and strong production reminiscent of 90s Hood Classic scores complement Greggo's gift of raw storytelling and relevant raps. Tap into it below.
