 Dell-P is back, mixing 90's lyrical aesthetics with smooth 70's samples on his new album, '4 Da Art.' Ever since I've known Philly's Breakthrough Artist of the Year, he's remained true to his calling by continuously putting out socially conscious projects, complete with raw lyricism and top notch production.
