LA based Recording Artist Cat Clark comes through frozen in her new visual for, "Snowstorm Shorty"! Directed and produced by Butch Yung, Cat is decked in all white with enough ice to cool anyone's rage. A track promoting Female Empowerment, Cat oozes confidence throughout, and lets us know that she can do bad all by herself.
