 Portland's Arogant (formerly known as Gotti) makes an impressive debut to the internets with his latest project, 'The Wolf of Northeast.' The 13 track project speaks on Arogant's encounter with the street life that took him aways from his God-given talent: music. According to Arogant, "Everywhere I went they asked me was I a rapper, I think it was a sign from God."
