"Princess of Compton" Azjah Drops Debut Album

Known as the "Princess of Compton," Azjah is the first and only female rapper coming out of the city responsible for raising some of music's most visionary artists. Laying her heart on the track in what she calls "pain music," Azjah's sound is not only genuine but ride out worthy.

Although it's been a rough road, going back and forth between deciding whether or not music was for her, Azjah remains triumphant, recently signing a distribution deal with EMPIRE after her 3 most notable singles - The Warm Up, Time For It and Spotlight - caught their attention.

Today she comes through with her debut album, 'Princess Diaries.' Featuring previously released tracks like "Spotlight" and the 1 that changed everything, "Time For It," the project shines in Azjah's fresh perspective and pen game. Tune in below as Azjah lets listeners into her heart and mind over 12 tracks of hittin' production by Moshuun, Streets and Tricky, Bizkit n Butta and more, in addition to a lone 1TakeJay feature 🔥 🔥
