Rocky Snyda Pays Homage To Missy Elliott with "Supa Dupa Fly Freestyle"

In everything, it's always best to give people their flowers while they can still smell them. For decades, Missy Elliott has dominated charts, and captured the hearts of many with her career that has exceeded all expectations. Solidified as a living legend, she has inspired generations of artists on the come up. One of those artists is the Brooklyn-based Rocky Synda as she pays homage to her with the "Supa Dupa Fly Freestyle".

Done in collaboration with FUTRXLGND, Rocky Snyda borrows the video concept from Missy Elliott's 1997 classic "The Rain (Supa Dupa Fly)" which was originally directed by Hype Williams, to give us a quick freestyle over the Timbaland-produced hit.

Rocky Snyda has been enjoying a buzz in recent months thanks to her "TRYPOP" EP which was recorded during the 2020 Covid 19 lockdowns, and has been receiving praises, and getting placements, endorsements, and features on Apple Music, NBA, New Balance, and BMI. Keep your ear to the street as Rocky has a lot more content for the world to enjoy in the coming weeks!
