 As he prepares for his 'Paranoia' release, Dave East switches up the flow while he's "in Cali under palm trees" on his latest drop, "What Is The Hold Up." Directed by Max Comfort, the video has a throwback 90s feel with plenty of aerial footage of the dope Cali landscape. The track itself speaks on Dave's triumph and accomplishments had from hard work.
