Nitty Scott and Nick Grant Set to Headline 2nd Annual Beats n Bars Festival

Beats n Bars Festival is to be held on September 22-23 in Durham, North Carolina. This year Crystal Taylor, CEO/Founder, The Underground Collective and Beats n Bars Festival has partnered with John Laww aka The Real Laww, former CEO of the Durm Hip-Hop Summit. Taylor and Laww saw the benefit in merging their resources and talents to offer festivalgoers an unforgettable experience rather than competing. In just one year, the festival has become North Carolina’s most popular platform dedicated to cultivating the founding influences of hip hop culture. Beats n Bars Festival mission is “to build stronger community through the influence of urban culture and music”. With craft and love of the culture, the Beats n Bars experience includes exposure to all five elements, dope MC’s plus an introduction to break out artists, both mainstream and local. Staying aligned with last year, the festival will have 4 headliners with several North Carolina artists performing ahead of them. Two of the four headliners to be announced with the kickstarter are Nick Grant and Nitty Scott. Some notable NC artists slated to perform are G Yamazawa , OC from NC, The Real Laww, and Kaze with many more. The festival is listed to have over 30 artists perform in 2 days. Beats n Bars Festival has launched on crowdfunding site Kickstarter. The festival is in its second year of programming but in order to accomplish real goals of community enhancement through urban culture and music not to mention additional production fees and cost, Beats n Bars is seeking to raise $25,000. Catch the Kickstarter campaign HERE and support the culture before the campaign ends on June 30th.  ** For Festival tickets & FMI visit beatsnbarsfestival.com 🙏🏽
